facing the unknown
Facing the unknown means that there will be fear. It is our challenge to control that fear and direct our futures positively.   Today is a bittersweet day for me.   I am meeting the group of people that became very much a part of my life during the pandemic.    We all are facing the reality that our jobs as of 8am tomorrow could be terminated.   We do not know who will be affected.   So for the first time, we are gathering at a variety of places to meet for the first time in person.   For the last two weeks I have been using this affirmation and wrote about the loss of love earlier.
If you too are struggling with an unknown future perhaps this is the perfect time to start using affirmations.   I know they have helped me focus in on things I want and let go of things that bring me down.   This is where affirmations are a great help.   This weeks affirmation is as follows:

I stay calm in the face of the unknown,
trusting that everything will work out for the best.

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.

Facing the Unknown Positively

Words have power — use them to your advantage to make today a great day for you!   If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.  Use these affirmations to assist you on your spiritual journey to grow and prosper.
