embracing emotions
Embracing emotions is a struggle for all humans.   Emotions sometimes can be messy and uncomfortable.   It is also where we learn the most.   How we deal with these emotions defines many things in our lives.   Both good and bad.   So learning to deal with them in a positive manner is helpful.  Try affirmations to assist you.
This weeks affirmation is as follows:

I AM open to embrace positive,
energizing thoughts and emotions

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.

Embracing emotions can be done!

Words have power — use them to your advantage to make today a great day for you!   If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.  Embracing emotions makes you stronger, not weaker.   Don’t let anyone ever tell you otherwise.   As you take control, you find ways to do things positively.   This will impact your life for the better and make the world a better place.
