get out of bed
This weeks affirmation is as follows:

I accept the past, live in the present
and am confident about the future!

So many times I speak with people who struggle to be confident about anything.   This really undermines their success.  If you think you cannot, guess what — you can’t. Building confidence with small steps is how you can do this.   There comes a time you just need to accept the past and move forward.   Acknowledge the past, enjoy what is now and let go of control what tomorrow looks like.
About Weekly Affirmations – Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
I discovered the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday it has already been ingrained in me.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.
Words have power — use them to your advantage.   If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.
