ability to listen
There is power in the ability to listen.  To really listen and communicate with others is a skill.   A skill that not many have.   One way to build this skill is to use affirmations.  Like all skills, it take repetition to master.  This weeks affirmation is as follows:
My ability to communicate is enhanced with my ability to listen.

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.

Ability to Listen

Words have power — use them to your advantage.   If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.
