Try.   I recently saw this video by Cobie Caillat and it impacted me.   In a beautiful, uncomplicated way.
For so long I have been trying to be someone – truth be told; someone anyone else will like.   Forgetting that I need to like myself.   That I only need to please myself.   That the opinions of others really is none of my business.
It is amazing when you make that decision, how much happier you can become.   It doesn’t have to be a dramatic change with a loud declaration.   It can be just a change in your thinking and immediately you are happier.   It is the simple act of loving oneself that does this!
I hope you find it just as inspiring to take that leap of faith and love yourself…
