I find that the very early morning I do my best writing.   My best thinking.   I have to believe it has everything to do with that I don’t have the chaos of the day running in my head yet.  I have had a good night’s sleep and I am able to focus easier.

Then again it is also late at night.   I know this, I think better when I am in a quiet space.   It could just be a form a meditation.   Too many times I find that when I share a space with another person I have their emotions and anxiety to wade through.   So when I am alone, I have only my thoughts and emotions and it is easier for me to think.

I honestly miss living on Marco Island and the ability to get up and walk to the beach and then walk on the beach before starting my day.   I live in a pretty suburban neighborhood that walk are not anything but annoying.   When I get to Lily Dale the walks in the woods are precious in a different way.

What is it about the early morning that makes it easier to think and write?   Is it because I have been rested?   Or it is a fresh start and an opportunity to start anew?

Mercury in Retrograde is in the shadow period and I am already feeling the effects of it.   April is a rather tough period astrologically as there will be 5 planets in retrograde.   So hang on to your hats, April is going to be a rocky month.   When Mercury goes into retrograde, I usually see positive effects.   It is a time to reflect on what has happened since the last time it went into retrograde.  In fact with my mediumship, I see giant leaps forward with each retrograde.  It is like a review course in many ways.

With that being said, it is how you approach things that matters.   Know that if you are having a difficult time during this time, pause and understand that there are forces that may be affecting the situation.  Breathe.   Don’t make any important decisions without thinking thoughtfully.  Oh and back up your computer!
