The joy in the journey is something so many miss.   So deeply focused on the goal that we forget to enjoy the process.  I will admit it, this is deeply personal.  This is a struggle I have and it is not the easiest thing to do.  Especially when you have delays along the way.  Complete frustration and total heartbreak is hard.
It is not easy when we want something so badly that we focus so much on that goal.   When we do that we don’t enjoy the journey.   It becomes something that we have to do and not being there brings us unhappiness.
Everything happens in its own time, so on the way to “there” enjoy the here and now.  Have patience and give yourself a break.   Stop. Breathe.   It will be ok.  I know this to be true.   I took this past weekend and found joy in little things.   Picking flowers for the alter in church, attending church, walking in Lily Dale and serving Spirit as a Healer and as a Medium.   I may not be at the finish line, but this part of the road — well let’s just say it was a lovely couple of days…
