The things that bring you anxiety — too much to do, not enough money, a job you have to have but hate, people that surround you making excessive demands of your time. Even the calmest person in the world can be pushed over the edge.
What if you view your responses to stressful situations as helpful? How you view stress matters. What if your pounding heart is preparing you to face a challenge instead of dreading it? What if your heightened awareness gives you an opportunity to analyze the situation to your advantage? Interesting thoughts. Think about it. You can trust yourself to face your challenges and that you will be supported.
