bloom late; still blooms

You bloom when you are ready.   I have learned that not everyone blooms when expected.   Here are two daisies that have bloomed this week.   It the fall, unexpected and very much needed at this moment by me.  You see, I am dealing with a lot of people putting heavy expectations on me right now.   I get that they see me struggling and that they want to make it easier for me.    Yet what they want me to do and how doesn’t resonate with me.

So back to these daisies.  Usually daisies bloom in late June.   These two have bloomed in October.   On their own time and in their own beautiful way.   They had faith and they did it their way.   Such a powerful message for me.

Bloom At Your Own Rate

This applies to people as well.   Some times people need more time to develop.  This development may be Spiritually, but it could also be professionally too.   It could be the learning of a new skill.  The next time someone doesn’t achieve something on a timeframe you think they should; don’t judge them.  Instead encourage and help them bloom.   Sometimes it is just a little additional attention that will make all of the difference for that person.

When they finally achieve their potential — it is just that more beautiful!
