Here is #7 in a series of an occasional sharing of an “inspirational” song. We put “inspirational” in quotes because this will not necessarily be not in the traditional sense, like something you might sing in church. We welcome you to message us with what songs inspire you.

Gerry Rafferty is best known for his international hit song “Baker Street” and being part of the group Stealers Wheel which gave us, and movie and television commercial soundtracks, “Stuck in the Middle With You.” It’s not nearly as well known that Rafferty continued to record almost up until his passing in 2011. Most of his work is dark and introspective, but this track from his 1992 album “On A Wing And A Prayer” is bright and positive. Here is “Life Goes On.”
