Grid to help with focus
Calm Focus Grid

I have had great difficulty in focus lately.   I am trying to juggle way too many things all at one time.  Between working Real Estate, Psychic events, private readings, teaching and my upcoming book I am becoming overwhelmed.  There is so much I want to do, so many places I want to go.  This has resulted in my being all over the place.   I have slacked on my meditation and I realize that is not a wise thing to do.   That when I meditate it clears my head and I am able to think better and do more.

There is so much I want to do, so many places I want to go.  This has resulted in my being all over the place.   I have slacked on my meditation and I realize that is not a wise thing to do.   That when I meditate it clears my head and I am able to think better and do more.

A friend of mine posted “what kind of grid do you need?” and I promptly answered Focus.    A couple hours later she posted this grid…  Calmed-Focus Grid ? Fluorite and Blue Calcite.

I laughed because I held fluorite and blue calcite in my hands on Saturday at a fair thinking I should get some of this and choose not to.   I guess I need to pay better attention when I am near stones.   Last night I meditated with the blue calcite since my little collection does not have fluorite (something soon to be corrected) and the answer I got was a message I have been giving the past week or two to people in galleries or private readings.   “there is a sentence you need to use, it is one word two letters and needs not explaination — NO.”   Amazing I have been feeling guilty and needing to justify using that word.   No is, after all, a complete sentence.

The focus one has is a skill.   It is a choice and at times a struggle.  Focus means using the word no to things that distract you from your goal and plan.   Know that you are doing the best you can and keep working towards those goals.   Sometimes it is not the end result that matters, but the effort that goes towards that end result.
